Configure tab settings in Views (Unassigned/Assigned vs Open)

Personal and Shared views only show an "Open" tab when it has a filter for an assignee. Otherwise, it uses the "unassigned" / "assigned" setting.

It would be nice to set the inbox tab setting manually for each view, since the counter next to the view name would also reflect the number of open or unassigned conversations.
