Allow multiple periods of business hours in a single day

It would be great to be able to split business hours between morning and afternoon times to ensure SLAs and response times don't get impacted by team unavailability during lunch

    Hello, it is extremely important for KPIs accuracy to have business hours matching our shifts schedules so no SLA are applied when the shift is OOO for instance during lunch break. We need the possibility asap to be able to have different business hours for the same day otherwise our SLAs are wrong. Thanks
