Conversations can only be merged if they are in the same list, preventing consolidation of conversations across different states like open, assigned, and archived.

Allow merging conversations from different lists, with the ability to search by conversation ID or subject line when performing the merge.
Yes please, I need the option to merge conversations just like "link to original" works within the 3-dots menu.
Would be an absolute game changer not having to think about how to search to be able so see both conversations in one list view.
This is the most annoying thing at Front at this moment.
