Pin parent tag with nested tags to sidebar

Problem
Users migrating from folder-based systems expect a folder hierarchy. While Front supports nested tags, undiscovered tags lead to duplicate tag creation.

Request
Allow pinning a parent tag to the sidebar so all nested tags are accessible together.
