Support custom conversation fields in Chat SDK

Problem
The Front Chat SDK only allows passing custom contact fields, not conversation-specific fields. This forces conversation-level data to be stored at the contact level, incorrectly updating contact records across multiple conversations.

Request
Add support for passing custom conversation fields through the Front Chat SDK, separate from contact fields.
