Configure article visibility in Knowledge Base

Problem
All Knowledge Base articles have the same visibility settings; there's no way to keep some private or in draft status.

Request
Add visibility controls (private, draft, published) at the article level in the Knowledge Base.

I really hope this gains traction and gets developed.

My ideal use case is to link Knowledge Base articles to specific inboxes. Anyone who has access to that inbox should be able to view and search the related article in the Knowledge Base. Users who do not have access to that inbox should not see the article and should not be able to find it in search.

Each article should be able to connect to one or multiple inboxes. This would make the Knowledge Base much easier to manage because article visibility would follow the same access structure we already use in Front.

If inbox-based permissions are not possible, then custom-field-based permissions would also be helpful. However, I think inbox-based access is probably the most practical and quickest option to build, since Front already has inbox access rules in place.
