Request Make pinned messages more prominent and visible in conversations, such as displaying them at the top for quick access.

Can we make this work asap. Our Team will greatly appreciate if this feature will be added so we can easily see pinned comments. What's the point of pinning a comment if you can't see it right away?? If we don't see the pinned message right away, this feature will be useless.
