Set up views to filter by two tags using AND condition instead of OR/ANY

Right now, when setting up a view, you can only choose to filter by ANY tag which means that if I select more than one, I am getting all emails with any of those tags (OR logic). However, I would love to be able to select more than one tag and only get the emails that have ALL of those tags (AND logic).

For example, we have an organization wide tag for emails with acceptances, plus within our team we are split by school which each have a tag. So, for those teams to see their workload, it would be great if we could set up a view that would filter by both "Acceptance" and "Conestoga College" for example and see only those emails that have both tags, not all emails that have the tags "Acceptance" AND "Conestoga College."

In some cases, we have gotten around this issue by creating a tag for those (ex. Conestoga Acceptances) and setting up a rule to auto-tag any emails that have both tags, but given the size of our team and the number of schools we have, it's not sustainable for us to do this for all situations in which we want to locate emails that have both the identified tags.
