Duplicate contact lists across teams

Problem
Contact lists created in one team cannot be easily shared with other teams, and their access scope cannot be changed even by company admins.

Request
Allow contact lists to be duplicated or copied from one team to another (or from team to company level) to avoid manually recreating the same list for multiple teams.
