Moving conversations from shared inbox to private inboxes

Occassionally commercial level conversations get sent to our ops level shared inboxes. We would like the ability to be able to move them from the shared inbox to a personal inbox of the responsible party rather than keeping it in the shared inbox where its activity is not relevant.
