Update conversation subject via API

Problem
When using the API to reply to conversations, the subject line automatically becomes 'Re: [original subject]' and cannot be changed back via the update conversation API.

Request
Add the ability to update a conversation's subject line through the API, allowing programmatic control over the subject when replying.
