Add interactive buttons to conversations

Problem
Users need to build plugins or leave Front to take actions on updates from external systems or to respond to system notifications.

Request
Add the ability to create interactive buttons directly within conversations so users can act on external system events (e.g., SLA updates, system notifications) without leaving Front.
