Support additional URL schemes in messages

Problem
The composer and message links don't support uncommon URL schemes (e.g., custom internal protocols like fmp:// for ERP software). Links using these schemes either don't linkify, or appear as links but are blocked from working.

Enable support for custom URL schemes in the composer and message display, either by whitelisting common schemes or allowing users to add custom schemes they need.
