Set email priority for composer auto-fill

Problem
An email address that should auto-populate in the composer (e.g., a CC'd address used on all outgoing emails) no longer does, requiring manual entry each time.

Allow users to set priority for which email addresses auto-populate in the recipient field of the composer.
