Scope contacts to shared inboxes
Problem
Users managing multiple shared inboxes have to search through all public and private contacts to find relevant ones.
Request
Allow contacts to be scoped to specific shared inbox(es); users only see contacts for inboxes they're part of.
That would be great. We are using Front company wide, and there is no need to share all contacts across all devisions. It would be best if we can share the contacts on shared inbox basis or team basis or even on user basis.
I approuve, it would be really helpful to have restrein contact to specific inboxes
