I log in with my personal email and my business partner logs in with his personal email. We both use a single corporate email to communicate with everyone. It works best for us rather than having 2 separate corporate emails. We need to stay on the same page as equal co-founders and don't need to worry about others not clicking Reply All or not adding CC to every email. However, when we check the Sent folder, I only see emails I sent from the corporate email and he only sees emails he sent from the corporate email. After opening a support request, they pointed me to this feature request, which is exceptionally upsetting after just spending $$$ on the subscription... This is one of the most basic features.
I was surprised to discover today that a sent items feature is not standard in Front, an app designed for collaborating across multiple inboxes. As managers, it's crucial for us to monitor the sent items to effectively oversee our teams' inboxes.
While we can set up filters to retrieve messages sent from a specific shared inbox within the Archived tab, having a dedicated Sent tab would greatly simplify this process.
I strongly believe this important feature has been overlooked and would greatly appreciate more support for its implementation.
