Open chat via direct link
Problem
Customers must embed the chat widget on a website to offer chat access, which requires web development and isn't flexible for all use cases.
Request
Support opening the chat widget via a direct hyperlink so customers can provide chat access without embedding.
We don't necessarily need a standalone page, but would like to be able to trigger the chat widget to pop open when a link or button is clicked within our webpages ("Need help?", "Contact Us", etc.).
A URL to activate the chat bubble would be great. we could add it to buttons on our FAQ page
