Control template subject line in replies

Users want control over how template subject lines are applied to replies—specifically a toggle between always replacing the subject or only setting it if the subject line is empty.
For me the same - I would like to have a Switch Button where you can choose "always replace" or "only set if empty"
For me at least, this has to do with the fact that when using a template in a reply, where the subject is replaced with the subject line of the template.
