Problem
Teammates can @mention anyone in the organization, which can pull people into conversations they shouldn't see or create unwanted notifications for teams that manage their own request intake.
Request
Allow admins to restrict @mention scope so teammates can only mention others who have access to the current workspace or inbox.
Really need this to help prevent users from @ mentioning external users and accidentially exposing internal comment threads that shouldn't be shared outside the company.
