Ability to feature new articles on KB homepage

It would be great to be able to feature new articles on the KB while also having them nested within the correct section/category. We want to be able to highlight new features to customers and have them in the right spot for people to find.

Sync Drafts Started In Gmail

I think it would be important that drafts created with another email client (e.g. Gmail) could be synchronised in Front. This would allow us to avoid having to change clients several times a day.

There are many points when by policy I am required to forward a message and copy in the relevant team. I know I can @ my teammates in Front, it's a great feature, and I use it often. I don't need to be reminded about it anymore, I haven't forgotte...

Export a contact list

Export a contact list, rather than all contacts, or even better, allow us to export a contact directly to a Mailchimp list from Front.

Merge Dialpad SMS conversations into Dialpad voice conversations with same contact
