This will help with transparency as to how/why messages are getting assigned to them or not. This could be managed with a view-only permission for custom roles.

It would be awesome if scheduling links contained multiple time durations. For example if someone wanted to book time with me, they could choose the option between 15 minutes or 30 minutes based on one scheduling link.

Right now application webhooks are restricted to the shared inbox scope. It would be nice if the scope could be extended to include private inboxes.
