Tagline description for knowledge base article

Some KBs (i.e. Intercom) offer a tagline that users can add under a title. This is what shows up as the 1-line preview when scrolling through a list on the help center. Today, Front just shows a preview of the article content that gets cut off.

Ability to feature new articles on KB homepage
