Link for knowledge base articles from righthand sidebar
I would like to be able to copy a link to a knowledge base article directly from the righthand sidebar. Especially for sharing articles with colleagues in the comments to a conversation it would be handy if the link could be copied from there.

Sidebar table of contents navigation for knowledge base home page
Instead of having readers click through boxes of categories, let them scroll through a list of categories and nested categories from the home page. Often used for technical documentation.
Some KBs (i.e. Intercom) offer a tagline that users can add under a title. This is what shows up as the 1-line preview when scrolling through a list on the help center. Today, Front just shows a preview of the article content that gets cut off.
