Tango workflows integration for Knowledge Base
Tango makes it insanely easy to create interactive walkthroughs in seconds. Using it to create SOP walkthroughs of daily tasks on the computer to make it easy for anyone to just jump in and easily figure anything out. It already integrates with other helpdesk software like Zendesk.
This is a must and should be native on Front KB

Can't say more about the power of Tango to create workflow like a blast. Additionnaly, integration in Notion is perfect. I can imagine some of your users use Notion too. It could be so great to implement Tango workflow in Front KB too.
Today, we can add it in an article but it's not better than screenshots (see example attached)
