Add phrase to channel deletion message regarding draft deletion

Users are not notified that drafts are deleted when a channel is removed from Front. A message should be added that drafts will be deleted as well.

Set Timezone Manually

The timezone is set to whatever the computer clock in. As someone who travels, my time zone changes often and would like to my Front to stay in my home base timezone while my computer and I change timezones. Thank you.
