Word count metrics for inbound emails

Can you add an average word-count for emails received. The complexity of emails is often a challenge, and counting volume of incoming mails doesn't encapsulate this.

We need to be able to see how many client facing emails are worked in an agents personal email box vs. personal/spam emails.

Re-ordering Inbox Drop Down List

It would be helpful for our team if we could rearrange the inboxes in the "move to" drop down list in a custom order.

Unsubscribe on Snooze

We have multiple instances where our emails are snoozed and when our employees are subscribed to an email they are having it show back up in their inbox which is creating confusion.
