Ability to add tags to both contacts and accounts (like conversation tags)

It would be helpful to be able to add tags across contacts and accounts, similarly to how we can tag conversations. This would be especially helpful if we could create dynamic contact lists based on these tags or other custom fields.

If a saved Contact is tied to an Account in Front, include the Account Name with the Contact Name wherever possible.
