In a situation where I have 7 subsidiaries of Front.com with unique contact lists it would be awesome to be able to identify that a person is associated with a particular location for attribution purposes

Filter "conversations in last 7 days" when clicking on contact by different channels

I want to easily filter the list of conversations in the last 7 days by channel type so I can quickly see all the chats / emails
