Apply tag availability settings to nested tag structures in bulk

Problem
The "Make available for any inbox" setting must be applied tag-by-tag, even when tags share a nested parent structure — requiring repetitive manual edits for each child tag.

Request
Add support for applying tag availability settings to an entire nested tag hierarchy at once, with the option to override individual child tags separately where needed.
