Add Out of Office status to calendar

Problem
Calendar only supports 'Show as busy' and 'Show as free' status options, which don't clearly indicate Out of Office periods when teammates block annual leave.

Request
Add an 'Out of Office' (OOF) status option to the calendar to provide greater clarity on when teammates are unavailable.
