View template usage across shared inboxes Merged

Problem
Users cannot see aggregated template usage metrics across shared inboxes without enabling detailed analytics tracking for each individual inbox.

Request
Provide a view of total template usage across shared inboxes (for example, "Template A used 20 times") without requiring individual analytics for each inbox.

    Hello, thank you for your feedback. Could you please specify which metric you're trying to get? Have you tried using the Message template report? If you need to report on individual inboxes, you can also use the "All inboxes" filter.
