Separate Notifications for Rules vs Comments

Currently, notifications triggered by rules and notifications from comments appear together in the same view.

It would be very helpful to separate these into different notification views or categories.

Why this matters:

• Comments are usually more important and require immediate attention

• Rule-based notifications are often informational or lower priority

• Mixing them together makes it harder to focus on what actually needs action

Suggested solution:

• Allow filtering or separate tabs for:

  • Comments

  • Rule-based notifications

• Or allow custom notification grouping by source (rules vs comments)

Impact:

This would improve focus, reduce noise, and help teams prioritize responses more effectively.
