Support WhatsApp template types beyond text

Problem
Currently, only text-type WhatsApp templates can be sent from Front. Previously supported template types such as "Quick Reply" and "List Picker" are no longer available.

Re-enable support for non-text WhatsApp template types to allow teams to send rich message formats.
