Add segment metadata to messages API

Problem
Key metrics like 'new conversations' require accessing segment IDs and timestamps, which are currently only available via CSV download from analytics endpoints, creating friction for external reporting.

Request
Expose conversation segment metadata (segment ID, start/end timestamps, closed status) directly via a GET endpoint on the messages API.

Context
This enables easier external reporting without requiring CSV file handling.
