Configure view display settings independently from the shared inbox

Problem
View display logic (which conversations appear based on status) is configured at the shared inbox level — individual views cannot override it, limiting workflow flexibility.

Request
Allow configuring visibility rules per view, so different views of the same inbox can show different conversation statuses (e.g., one view for unassigned only, another showing snoozed and waiting).
