Keep emails visible in shared inbox while being read

Problem
When a teammate opens an email to read it, the email becomes unavailable to other teammates in the shared inbox until it's assigned, reducing visibility into all incoming messages.

Request
Allow teammates to read and view emails without hiding them from others in the shared inbox. Emails should remain visible to the full team until explicitly assigned.
