Quick tag value selection from banner

Problem
Clicking a tag in the conversation top banner opens a menu to remove, view, edit, or create views, but updating the actual tag value requires additional steps.

Allow selecting tag values directly from the tag menu banner to streamline tag updates and reduce the number of clicks needed.
