Add field-level editing and visibility permissions

Problem
Admins cannot control which teammates can edit specific fields on conversations, contacts, accounts, or teammate records. There is also no way to control which fields are displayed based on user profile.

Request
Allow admins to configure per-field editing permissions (who can edit) and per-field display rules (which fields are visible) based on teammate profiles or roles.
