Add click tracking to Sequences and allow auto-follow up based on clicks

When sending out mass emails via Sequencing, it would be helpful to automatically follow up with recipients who didn't click the link in the email we sent them.
Also, it would be helpful to be able to auto-follow up with those who didn't open the email.
