Rules only trigger when new comments are added, not when existing comments are edited. Users often update comments with important information after the initial creation.

Enable rules to re-trigger when a comment is edited, not just when it's first created.

For the context we use a company rule to notify team members when someone mentions the specific team like @finance
Users often add the mentions during comment edit. If we can have a trigger for comment edit that would be great so we can reduce the number of "bug reports".
