Trigger rules when a comment is edited
It would be helpful to enable rules to be re-triggered by edited comments not just new comments, as users frequently update comments to include crucial information that may have been initially overlooked.

For the context we use a company rule to notify team members when someone mentions the specific team like @finance
Users often add the mentions during comment edit. If we can have a trigger for comment edit that would be great so we can reduce the number of "bug reports".
