Hi Front Support Team,
I’m reaching out to suggest a feature enhancement for Front's Rules functionality.Currently, when setting up Rules that act based on tags, it’s only possible to specify exact tag names. We need the ability to use "starts with" or wildcard matching conditions for tags. For example, the ability for a rule to trigger on any tag that begins with a prefix like "FDJ_BMN". This would greatly improve scalability and flexibility for workflows where tags are dynamically generated or numerous, and allow more efficient automation without creating many individual rules for each tag variant.Implementing this feature would help teams automate processes more effectively and maintain cleaner rule sets, especially when managing a large and dynamic set of tags.

Hi, thanks for your note. My name is Fred, and I'm part of the Product team here at Front. I reviewed your request: you can create a Dynamic variable to support this use case.
Create a dynamic variable collecting all tags from the conversation

Use a "Dynamic variable matches" condition to compare with your keyword

Let me know how that works for you.
