Why it’s useful:
It helps managers understand how consistently their team members are sending messages throughout the month, rather than just seeing a total count. A daily average provides a clearer picture of each person’s typical workload and communication pace.

How it should work:
As a user expands the workdays in the Team Performance view, the metric would automatically calculate and display each teammate’s average number of emails sent per day for the selected date range.
