Add delay before displaying new inbox messages

Problem
Immediate access to new messages encourages compulsive checking and reduces focus, even though compose and search capabilities are still needed.

Request
Add an "Inbox When Ready" feature (or similar delay, like 10 seconds) that temporarily hides new Open conversations while still allowing compose and search functionality.
