Front needs comprehensive email deliverability monitoring to help teams maintain good sender reputation and ensure customer communications reach their intended recipients. Currently, there's no visibility into whether emails are being delivered, bounced, or marked as spam.

Key features needed:

  • Email sending statistics dashboard (sent, delivered, bounced, blocked rates)

  • Bounce categorization (hard vs. soft bounces) with reasons

  • Authentication status monitoring (SPF, DKIM, DMARC pass/fail rates)

  • Spam folder placement detection

  • Overall deliverability health score and trends

  • Email logs for troubleshooting delivery issues

  • Alerts for deliverability problems or reputation issues

Why this matters: Email marketing platforms like Brevo, Mailchimp, and SendGrid all provide these insights as standard features. Without this data, Front users can't proactively address deliverability issues, potentially leading to important customer communications being lost or filtered. This is especially critical for customer support teams where email delivery directly impacts customer satisfaction.
