Bulk delete conversations permanently

Problem
Permanently deleting conversations requires clicking into each message individually and confirming, and there is no bulk delete option, making it very time-consuming to purge unwanted conversations like calendar notifications.

Request
Add the ability to permanently delete entire conversations at once and bulk select multiple conversations for deletion.
