Create rules triggered by CSAT scores, with filtering by score range (e.g., 1–3) and submitter type (human or AI). Make the score and submitter info accessible via dynamic variables.

Agree it would be great to have more flexibility here.
As a partial work-around, I have found that the following rule triggers work to capture human and AI CSAT reviews respectively:
When new comment is added by [Any teammate]
Body contains 4/5;3/5;2/5;1/5
This will capture AI CSATs with less than 5 stars.
When new comment is added by [Any teammate]
Body contains responded to a survey for
The above will capture all human CSAT reviews
