Extract CSAT scores via API

Problem
We need to programmatically access CSAT scores and survey data from external systems for analytics and reporting.

Expose API endpoints (e.g., GET /analytics/csat) to retrieve CSAT scores with structured data including score, reviewer, reviewee, comment, reviewer type (human/AI-CSAT), date, and filtering by date, score, reviewer type, and comment content.
