Add 'focus' status to temporarily hide new activity

New activity notifications (messages, discussions, reassignments) distract from focused work and interrupt concentration.

To overcome this problem, a "focus" status option should be created to temporarily hide new activity for a defined period while keeping the relevant conversation or discussion available (auto-snoozing new conversations), reducing distractions without appearing offline.
