The SmartQA currently highlights a low-scoring item like 50% sentiment. When you click on the block on the UI, you get a pop-up that shows what was scored and how much. However, it does not show you what part of the conversation the SmartQA refers to. This means you need to open the overview, read through all conversations until you find the ticket the SmartQA was referencing. It would be amazing if, by clicking on the score block, it would show the part of the conversation that was reviewed to get the score.
